Customize how you receive your packages with UPS MyChoice. It's FREE to use! We often use UPS to ship your package. They offer some very convenient ways to change the address, the day of arrival, where to leave your package, and much more! If you know you may miss your package, you can arrange to pick it up at an access point or postpone the delivery.
Click on or visit the link above, and sign up for a FREE Mychoice account with UPS.
After you've created your account and logged in, go to "Tracking" at the top of your screen.
You will then be taken to your "Delivery Planner" which is sort of like your dashboard. See below.
Under tracking you will see any upcoming UPS deliveries. If you only placed the delivery today, you may not see it here until the next day or so.
Circled in red is where you can make adjustments to your delivery. You can add some more specific delivery instructions (where to leave it), or even change the delivery somehow (such as to a new address, a local UPS access point, etc.)
