Returning An Item
If you have issues with any items, please contact us as soon as you know about it. Return requests made after 30 days, or many months after purchase will be more of a challenge to process, so please do so as soon as possible.
*Please Note* If you choose to return an item due to ordering more than you needed, disliking the colour/design, or changing your mind, we will gladly help you, but you will have to pay for return shipping.


Orders Placed Less Than 30 Days Ago
- Login to your account.
- Click on your name or go to My Account.
- You will see a list of My Account options. Towards the bottom of the list, click on "My Returns".
- Click on the Request New Return on the top right of the My Returns page.
- Fill out the form, and we will further assist you from there.


Orders Placed More Than 30 Days Ago
If your order was purchased more than 30 days ago, please contact us directly instead, and we will follow up with you in a timely manner.
The Request New Return form will not be available if your items were purchased more than 30 days ago.
