How do I cancel my order?

Canceling An Order


After Hours

  1. Sign into Balloons Online, and go to My Account > My Orders > Cancel Order.
  2. If you don't see "My Account" then click on your name in the top left corner.
  3. You will be asked to leave a reason why you are cancelling.

 

During Office Hours

  1. Please contact us via email and request to cancel your order.  We will respond as soon as possible that day to cancel your order.  Please include: Your Order Number, or the first and last name and email address used to place the order. 

 

Keep In Mind

  1. We often pack your orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible during open office hours. Otherwise your order may already be with the courier. 
  2. After you cancel your item, or we notify you of the cancellation, you will be refunded the amount automatically.  However, it usually takes 1-5 business days to see this refund reflected in your statement.
