How do I cancel my order?
Canceling An Order




After Hours
- Sign into Balloons Online, and go to My Account > My Orders > Cancel Order.
- If you don't see "My Account" then click on your name in the top left corner.
- You will be asked to leave a reason why you are cancelling.
During Office Hours
- Please contact us via email and request to cancel your order. We will respond as soon as possible that day to cancel your order. Please include: Your Order Number, or the first and last name and email address used to place the order.
Keep In Mind
- We often pack your orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible during open office hours. Otherwise your order may already be with the courier.
- After you cancel your item, or we notify you of the cancellation, you will be refunded the amount automatically. However, it usually takes 1-5 business days to see this refund reflected in your statement.
