Returns

  • You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days from when your order ships.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded.
  • Returns must be sent back within 10 days after the return is approved.
  • A restocking fee of 25% of the value of the item(s) returned will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please complete the RMA Form to submit your return request. We will respond within one business day.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges.  A new order must be placed for a replacement. Defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

  • All Qualatex items are discontinued. Qualatex items no longer qualify for returns.
  • Product must be returned in sellable condition, no labels, price tags, product must be unopened
  • Open bags of latex are not refundable, even if the balloons inside are unused. We only accept returns of unopened bags of latex in new, unused and sellable condition.
  • Defective claims on Mylar/Foil balloons not inflated with a proper Mylar/Foil inflator will not qualify for a refund.
  • Discontinued or clearance items may not qualify for return. Clearance items include products marked down 30% or more. 
  • Seasonal product may not qualify for a refund. That includes any items in the Holiday categories, or balloons associated with a short period or event one time a year.
  • Missing item claims must be made within 7 calendar days or receipt of the order.
  • A RMA must be submitted to qualify for a return. Items sent to us without a RMA submitted will be refused.
  • Items returned to us with an open RMA, but no RMA slip in the package to identify the return may be refused and products discarded.
  • Extra items included in a return that are not on the open RMA may be refused and discarded. If you have other items you'd like to return that are part of a different order, please submit another RMA for those items before returning.
  • Multiple items from different orders can be included in the same return package, but the return package must include the RMA slip for each return so we can identify them.
  • We do not guarantee the colour accuracy of the display or device used to view the products on our website. The displayed colour is to be used as a guide only, although we have made efforts to ensure the colour of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Dissatisfaction with the colour is considered a change of mind return.
  • Anagram 34" letter and number balloon packaging may show dimensions other than 34". The balloon inside is correct, the packaging is incorrect. Incorrect dimensions on the packaging due to a printing error does not qualify for a refund.
  • The text/name on the packaging of a product may not match the name on the website exactly. Product titles/names on the website may vary from the packaging due to language translations, manufacturer changing package text without notice, abbreviations, industry naming conventions, etc. Please be sure to check the SKU/item number to confirm you received the correct product. Product title/name differences between the website and packaging does not qualify as a defect or qualify for a free return.
  • Bags of latex balloons may have a defect rate of 1 to 4 percent. Generally the manufacturer includes 1 to 5 extra balloons per bag to compensate just in case. We do not refund or accept returns for individual defective latex balloons.
  • If the package is returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect or the package being refused, we will refund for the product returned minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping charges.

Disclaimer

A refund will only be issued for items that are in new, unopened and unused condition. Refunds don't include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice since we absorb a percentage of the original shipping cost to ship the package to you. A restocking fee of 25% of the value of the item(s) returned will be deducted from your refund. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured (optional) by you. You're responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your return shipment. The shipping charge for returns won't be refunded. An additional fee may be deducted from your refund if your return shipment includes duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees charged to us. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if an item claimed to be defective is not actually defective. Any amount refunded for your item(s) returned will not include the cost of shipping. Defective items approved by us as defective will qualify for a store credit (Reward Points) and not a refund to your original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requested or shipped to us.
