Changing shipping address.

Please be aware that changing the shipping address before or after it has been shipped will likely cause a delay in the processing.  We cannot guarantee your address can be changed, depending on when you contact us or how quickly it was packed and shipped. If you entered the wrong shipping address, or if you wish to change the shipping address, please note the following.

1. If you just placed the order: Please contact us directly.  If you are contacting us out of business hours, we will get back to you the next business day as soon as possible. We will do our best, but there is no guarantee that we will get to your email before the order was packed and sent off.  Once a package is shipped, we have very little control over it. The courier will need to be contacted directly.  
2. If your order has been shipped: Most of our orders are shipped via UPS.  UPS offers UPS My Choice, which allows you to change where or when your order arrives.  Check out the FAQ on UPS My Choice. Keep in mind that this will always add a delay of a day or more as the package needs to be sent back to a UPS location for the label to be changed, and then shipped out again.
