We do our best to make sure your order arrives in the best condition. There may be rare times where it was damaged on route to your location.
We're sorry if your package was damaged on the way to you, but please let us know if there was any damage to (or missing) items in your package. If there is please:
- Take a picture of the damaged package and damaged product. Try to include more than one if it requires more to see it clearly.
- Contact us and send us the images, and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
