I can't login.

Please read over the points below to see if this resolves your issue.  

1. Are you on the Canadian or USA site? You will see a little flag in the top right corner of the screen where you login.  Make sure it matches with the site you registered for.  Click the flag to change between the Canadian and USA sites.
2. Clear your cache & cookies in the browser you are using. 
3. Log out of your account and then log back in.
4. Exit/close your browser and open a new one. 
5. Try a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
6. Open your browser in Incognito/Private mode and see if that works.
