Helpful Tips

If you sent a "forgot password" reset request, you should receive an email shortly with a link. Click on the link and follow the procedure.
If the link says "expired" wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If you have sent many reset requests, you may be clicking on the previous one. Sometimes there is a delay with the email request, and the one you are clicking on is an older one sent a few minutes prior. Therefore, please wait 5-10 minutes between a reset to ensure you get the correct link.
The links expire, so be sure to click on it sooner than later.

Clear the history and cookies in your browser.
