My order was cancelled, but I still see a charge on my credit card!
Charged For A Canceled Order?
If your order was cancelled by us or yourself, but you still see a charge for it on your statement, rest assured the charge will be removed. Keep in mind the following issues.
Check That Your Order Is Canceled


First ensure that your order is in fact canceled. You can check this by going to My Account > My Orders. Under "status" you will see if it is indeed canceled or not.
If it is not canceled, and it is after our business hours, you can go ahead and cancel it yourself. You will see this option at the end of the order after "Action".
If it is during business hours, please contact us and we can cancel it for you.
Wait 1-5 Business Days


After your order has been canceled at Balloons Online, there will still be a delay before you see this reflected in your statement.
It can take 1-5 business days to see the charge removed from your statement. Sometimes it may appear under "pending" chargers for many days before your bank or payment processor removes it.
If your order is cancelled and it has been more than 5 business days and still appears on your statement, please contact us so we can look into it.
