My package is delayed, and won't arrive when I need it!

My package is late or delayed.

We are sorry your order did not arrive in time.  Delays can happen, so please plan ahead if you can.  Read below for what can be done depending on the shipping service you selected. 


If you selected standard, 3-day select, or expedited shipping

  1. The dates for these shipping services are NOT guaranteed by the courier, so we cannot guarantee them either.  
  2. Whichever service you choose, add on at least 1 day for delays on top of the estimated arrival date if your order is very time sensitive. If you need your balloons no later than the morning of June 16th, then choose a date where they will arrive on the 14th (so you have one day grace in case of delays). 
  3. If you no longer need your products due to the delay, you may return them at your shipping expense, and if the products are returned unopened and in good condition, you will receive a refund for the returned products (but not for the initial shipping).  

If you selected express shipping

If you selected this shipping service, and your order was still delayed by the courier, then let us know and we will send you a return label. 

  1. Once we receive the products in unopened and good condition, you will receive a full refund on the products returned and the initial shipping cost.
